A version of a classic biscuit with all the refinement you’re expect from us. Our recipe calls for both ground and stem ginger to spice the dough, which we then bake to a crisp, light snap.
Ingredients:
Butter (Milk, Salt), Wheat Flour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Flaked Oats, Ginger Shavings (6.3%) (Stem Ginger, Sugar, Water), Ground Ginger (1.6%), Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Mixed Spices (Coriander, Cassia Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Cloves, Fennel, Nutmeg).
