Shipping policy
Dispatch & Delivery:
We deliver to the UK, geographical Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Africa, Malaysia, Canada and the USA. We're working on offering delivery to more countries, please drop us an email and check back soon.
We normally process and dispatch orders within 2–3 days. However, this timeframe may be extended without notice due to local or national government updates that impact our operations. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us. Your payment card will be charged at the time of purchase.
UK Delivery:
Click & Collect: We offer a click & collect service where your order will be ready in 2 days. Please select Pick Up in Store at Checkout stage.
When you come to collect your Order from St Martins in the Field Gift Shop, please speak to a member of the Retail team providing your Order number, along with your ID. You will have 10 days to collect your order before it's returned to the warehouse.
We offer FREE delivery on orders over £30.

Orders between £3.50 and £30: £5.00 delivery charge

Orders below £3.50: £1.00 delivery charge
For UK mainland deliveries, you can expect your items within 10 days of ordering. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days, please contact us.
We generally use Royal Mail for deliveries and other carriers for international shipments.
If you pre-order an item with a specific ‘selling from’ date (e.g., Christmas Cards), we will ship your entire order once all items are available. We do not currently offer split shipments.
Partial Fulfilment Policy
In cases where part of your order is unavailable, we may fulfil and dispatch the available items and issue a refund for the remaining out-of-stock products. This approach helps ensure timely delivery, especially during peak periods such as Christmas. If you prefer to receive your order only when all items are available, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Hand sanitiser can only be delivered to Mainland UK.

We’re unable to ship to America for the moment due to the tariff changes coming into place from the 29th August 2025.
Pricing:
All prices shown on our website include VAT at 20%.
Customs and Duties
There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. St Martin's is not responsible for paying these charges. If these charges are not paid the parcel will get returned to us and the goods will be refunded.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges where goods are returned as a result of non payment of local duties and/or taxes.
