Each tin contains 20 seed balls, each packed with approximately 30 wildlife-friendly wildflower seeds. The mix includes Common Toadflax, Cornflower, Cowslip, Meadow Cranesbill, Musk Mallow, Oxeye Daisy, and Red Campion, along with a sprinkling of pollinator-friendly annuals such as Chamomile, Cornflower, Corn Marigold, and Night-Flowering Catchfly.
This seed ball acts as a protective barrier, safeguarding the seeds from being consumed by birds and insects, thus enhancing the likelihood of successful flower growth. Additionally, they're incredibly simple to use, requiring no digging or specialised knowledge!
Simply scatter the seed balls onto soil or compost within a garden bed or planter during Spring or Autumn, ensuring there's a minimum of 10cm between each ball. Your Seedball contains all the necessary nutrients to grow, and once the ball becomes moist and the temperature is suitable, your seeds will begin to germinate!
