Christmas Oaty Stollen Bites

We are proud to introduce this all-butter flapjack,  hand-baked and decorated in our craft bakery.

Baked with two types of oats and containing a delicious mix of golden syrup, candied peel, glace cherries & dried cranberries as well as a special hint of Christmas spice. This wonderfully festive blend is then packed onto layers of golden marzipan & apricot preserve and finally topped with a florentine mix of cherries, mixed peel & flaked almonds. 

Ingredients:

OATS (26.8%), Golden Marzipan (18.7%) (Sugar, ALMONDS (25%), Glucose 
Syrup, Water, Invert Sugar Syrup, Humectant: Sorbitol; Colour: Lutein; Preservative: 
Potassium Sorbate), Apricot Jam (10.7%) (Glucose Syrup, Apricot Purée, Sugar, 
Gelling Agent: Pectin, Acidity Regulators: Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate; Natural 
Flavour, Colour: Mixed Carotenes; Preservative: Potassium Sorbate), Salted Butter 
(MILK, Salt), Sugar, Golden Syrup, Mixed Peel (Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, GlucoseFructose Syrup, Sucrose, Acidity Regulator: E330, Preservative: E202), Glace 
Cherries (4.3%) (Cherries (48%), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Acidity Regulator: 
Citric Acid, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate; Colour: Erythrosine), ALMONDS, Raisins (Raisins, Sunflower Oil), Sultanas (Sultanas, Sunflower Oil), Dried Sweetened 
Cranberries (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Liquid Glaze (Water, Dextrin, 
Granulated Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Preservative: 
Potassium Sorbate), Mixed Spice.  

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened consume within 3 days.

Although every effort has been made to remove the fruit stones, some of them may
remain.
